Patricia Ballot is senior lecturer at Paris School of Business. She is an ESSEC graduate and research master in business science with a thesis on atypical qualifications for business (in particular “literary” profiles), PB’s career can be resumed in three parts: consultant in organisation and change management at IDRH for 6 years, head of human resources at Mercer HR Consulting for 6 years and higher education teacher for 9 years. Since 2014 she has been associate professor (in HRM, organisational behavior…) at the PSB Paris School of Business, as well as being in charge of PSB Executive Education and directing facilities geared to students’ professional skills. She is also responsible for the organisation of MSc study programmes. As of September 2016 she is directing the Human Resources and Organisations Management Masters programme.
