Géraldine Paring has been an associate professor at PSB Paris School of Business and head of the Research Department "Collaborative Strategies and Disruptive Environments" since January 2020. In 2019, she received her PHD in organization studies from PSL Research University, prepared at University Paris-Dauphine, and was awarded a special mention at the 2020 PSL thesis award in human and social sciences. Her research interests encompass organization theory, organizational ethics and critical management studies, focusing on issues of power and control through the body and technologies. She has also developed an interest in the ethics and organization of human/non human relationships, notably through animal studies. She teaches project and change management and organization theory. She previously worked for 20 years in the corporate and investment banking industry, in international audit, debt structuring and syndication and strategic project management. She co-founded the women network aiming at promoting women's career progress. She is certified black belt in Lean Six Sigma.
