La GRH à l’épreuve du désordre


Companies and their employees are facing stormy conditions and incertain environment, characters of precarity. If organisms have progressively adapted their forms with more flexible structures and ambitious marketing politics, employees feel difficulties to integrate instability. However, a numerous part of them find a significant way through this uncertainty using it as a stimulating engine for their professionnal growing up made of frequent changements but on their own choice. Appeared in North America, this sort of careers, called " proteean " is now reaching Europa and require from human ressources managers a review of their management methods concerning their employees so far restricted to be actors of a limited strategy. These new employees consider the precarity as their professionnal advantage component, define their word environment, and feel independant from managing authority conceived as a temporary partner.
