La transposition du modèle Sirmon et Hitt dans le champ de l’entrepreneuriat des jeunes

The purpose of our research is to study the role of the family and resources that it provides to the young entrepreneur. Research on youth entrepreneurship has shown the influence of the family on the creation, we tested the applicability of the model D.G. Sirmon and M.A. Hitt (2003). which is coherent. This application results in an assessment of its impact on the course of the process creation of the young Tunisian entrepreneur. The information is collected through semi-structured interviews with 20 young entrepreneurs. The data were subject to thematic content analysis. We concluded that through the application of the model D.G. Sirmon and M.A. Hitt (2003) in the entrepreneurial context, two family capital (financial capital and social capital) seem to be P. Very instrumental in the progress of the creative process Tunisian youth. Family capital are an appropriate solution for young people to cope with the lack of accumulated capital, business networks less developed and non market knowledge.
