Prise en compte de la fraude dans les organisations : comment libérer la parole ?

Fraud in organizations is a reality that would cost almost 6 % of their expenses on average (J. Gee and M.Button, 2017), a huge amount that should convince organizations to address vigorously this point. Unfortunately, fraud, be it external or internal, is often not a subject of discussion and is rarely disclosed. To shed lights on anti-fraud measures taken by organizations, we have asked controllers, managers and directors of some healthcare insurance companies, said to have gained maturity in fraud matters because of their exposure.
