Samir SAADI

Samir SAADI is the Vice-Dean Research and Full Professor of Finance at Paris School of Business. He received his Ph.D. from Smith School of Business of Queen’s University. Before joining PSB, he was a Full Professor and Ian Telfer Fellow of Behavioral Finance at The University of Ottawa. He was also a Visiting Scholar at research-intensive institutions such as Columbia University, New York University and INSEAD (Fontainebleau campus). His research interests include behavioral finance, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, and Fintech. Along with several books and book chapters, Dr. Saadi has published over 60 academic papers in refereed journals such as the Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Business Ethics, Financial Management, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Financial Research, Journal of Business, Finance and Accounting and Contemporary Accounting Research. He is the recipient of numerous best paper awards, and various prestigious awards from, among others, the American Finance Association. He held several external research grants from the Europlace Institute of Finance, and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC), among others.
